We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $250.
All orders are delivered express, tracked and signed, with Australia Post.
Orders under the complimentary shipping threshold are subject to the delivery costs quoted at checkout. All costs are to be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.
We offer same day dispatch for purchases placed before 12PM AEDT. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
All orders placed after 12PM AEDT will be shipped the next day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way to you.

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
For international purchases, the carrier may change when the parcel enters your country. The tracking number provided should still work, however, if an issue arises please contact customerservice@hadiahmadipour.com.
International shipping is available to most countries.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid processing delays or returns.
Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not process refunds for returned packages due to unpaid custom fees. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for any package once it is in your country.
Please inspect your order as soon as possible. Issues are very rare, however if you receive an item not listed on your order or something you believe to be defective, please contact us immediately at customerservice@hadiahmadipour.com.
You can return any garment within 14 days for a store credit. We do not offer refunds. To exchange a garment for a different size or item, simply use your store credit to repurchase via our website. Please note size exchanges are subject to availability at the time of repurchase.
How to Initiate an exchange
Please contact us at customerservice@hadiahmadipour.com within 14 days of receiving your items. Let us know the item you would like to exchange and your order number.
Upon our reply please post the garment to the return address provided within three days of the exchange being authorised. We do not supply return labels: you must organise shipping with your local postal carrier and cover all return costs. You must retain your tracking information, and send a copy to us. Returns without tracking information may not be accepted. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so please take care with repackaging to avoid damage in transit. We do not offer credit notes for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive the original garment, we'll make sure it meets the return standards listed below. Provided your original garment meets these standards, we'll then send your store credit note via email. In the unlikely event we receive an item in unsuitable condition, or an item is lost in transit, we are unable to provide a credit note or refund.
Garments must be completely free from odours and visible signs of wear. Garments that smell of perfume, perspiration, and other odours will not be eligible for exchange. Please take care to confirm your garments meet the return standards before shipping to avoid disappointment.
As we often process orders same or next day, please notify us ASAP if you would like to modify your order. We cannot alter your purchase once the order is dispatched.
Please contact us at customerservice@hadiahmadipour.com with the subject title 'ORDER MODIFICATION' and your order number. We will respond quickly, however this may delay processing time for your purchase.

Please ensure the address provided is a secure location and all details are accurate.
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at customerservice@hadiahmadipour.com within 7 business days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect provided address detail or multiple delivery attempts, you will be responsible for paying the redelivery fee. If you are unable to accept a redelivery we are not able to process a refund, alternatively we can offer you a store credit to repurchase something at a later date.
